Charlotte Séchaud was born in 1988. She obtained a Bachelor in 2011, and a Master of laws in 2013 from the University of Geneva. She studied a semester at the University of Zurich (2012).
After obtaining the Certificate in Advance Studies in Legal Professions (Geneva Bar School), she worked at the law firm Merkt & Partners as a trainee lawyer from January 2014 until July 2015. She was called to the Geneva Bar in October 2015. In February 2016, she joined OHER Attorneys as an associate.
Charlotte Séchaud’s practice focuses on litigation, particulary criminal law (essentialy white collar crime) and in civil law (including banking law and contract law).
Also, Charlotte Séchaud advises and represents clients in civil and criminal courts.
She is member of the Geneva Bar Association and of the Swiss Bar Association.
