Nathalie Subilia was born in 1977. She obtained a law degree from the University of Geneva in 2002 and was admitted to the bar in Geneva in 2005. She is Certified Specialist SBA Labour law since 2011. In January 2018, she has been appointed conciliator for the labour court, a duty she is exercing in addition to her lawyer’s activity.
She has worked for Spira Dini Meyer (2005-2006), Fontanet & Partners (2006-2007), and Lalive (2007-2015). She joined OHER Attorneys in December 2015 as a partner.
Nathalie Subilia is mainly active in the field of labour law. She advises both employers and employees, in all aspects of the employment relationship, including drafting and negotiation of employment contracts, secondment of the employees, transfer of the employment relationships, termination of the employment relationships and mass dismissal. She also works in labour law related fields such as immigration law, unfair competition, social insurances and pension plans.
